While our General Scribe Prep Course is designed for entry-level scribes to gain the experience and skillset needed to be a successful and competitive scribe applicant, we invite anyone who is interested in learning about patient medical note documentation to sign up.

Our specialty-specific courses are reserved for students who complete the General Scribe Prep Course. 

Our courses are designed to prepare you with the necessary skills and knowledge to be a successful scribe. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will be hired. However, we are partnering with several scribe companies and will be referring to them our students who complete the course and gain certification. 

Many scribe companies have stated they will be interested in hiring students who have completed our course and gained certification over applicants who do not possess any prior scribe experience.

We currently are not offering any coupon or discount codes to medical scribe companies. However, we will be running promotional prices for a short period of time while our course is new.

The General Scribe Prep Course is designed to mimic the rigorous online and onsite training of various medical scribe companies. As such, students can expect to spend an average of 60-80 hours to complete this course. We highly recommend our students take their time to complete each lesson plan and quiz so they will be adequately prepared for the final exam. 

Yes, our courses will expire 90 days after course enrollment. We will offer a course extension of 30 days on a per person basis after thorough review. Please reach out to us by sending us a message above if you have any questions or require any assistance.
